The Thetford Chamber Singers is a diverse group of approximately 40 men and women drawn together by the joy of singing and a commitment to bringing good music from a variety of traditions to the community.   TCS was founded in 1978 by the group’s director, Valerie Miller.

We perform two series of concerts each season: a Candlelight Vespers for Christmas in early December and a Spring Concert of sacred and secular music in early May.   Our concerts are especially noteworthy for the wide variety of musical styles from various traditions, beautifully woven together with poetry and quotations to create an integrated musical, cultural and spiritual experience.

Valerie Miller is the Choral Director and Maureen Burford is the Accompanist.
